Rental & Reservation Policy:
By agreeing to rental of our services you accept the following conditions:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Failure to pay within 48 hours may result in your order being canceled or subject to a rush fee.
During the warmer months (May, June, July, August, and September), please ensure your lawn is well-watered for several days prior to your scheduled setup. If you are purchasing the greeting for someone else, please pass this information along. (See refund policy)
Due to lawn conditions and safety concerns, Oxford Yard Card reserves the right to determine final placement of all yard greetings.
We may offer delivery outside the Oxford area, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Deliveries outside of Oxford may require morning (AM) installations depending on the location.
Our display items are for decorative purposes only. They are not designed to support the weight of children or adults. Please do not sit, lean, or play on or around the display.
Please treat all items with care. Customers will be charged $25 per item for any missing, damaged, or vandalized pieces. Charges will be applied to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
Do not attach anything to the display, including balloons or flowers. This may result in a $25 fee. Charges will be applied to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
If you have a lawn service scheduled, please arrange for them to come before setup or on a different day. If equipment must be cleaned due to lawn clippings, a $50 cleaning fee will apply. Charges will be applied to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
Please turn off sprinklers prior to our arrival. If the sprinklers are running and we are unable to install, no refund will be issued.
Please do not move, rearrange, or pull the signs from the ground. A $25 fee will apply for any unauthorized repositioning. Charges will be applied to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
Oxford Yard Card and its representatives are not responsible for any injuries or property damage that may occur while the display is present on your property.
Do not remove the Oxford Yard Card marketing sign placed alongside your greeting.
We encourage you to take photos with the display, but please avoid touching or removing the signs. By booking with Oxford Yard Card, you consent to photos of your display being used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

For apartments or duplexes, please call for availability.
A $35 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to correct an address, move a greeting on the same property, or if we are unable to access the location at the scheduled time.
Oxford Yard Card reserves the right to respectfully decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our celebratory brand. If an order is declined, a full refund will be provided.
Refund Policy:
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required to cancel a booking without penalty.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled setup will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
There is no fee to reschedule for a mutually agreed-upon date. The full booking amount can be credited toward a future setup, subject to availability.
○ If you cancel due to inclement weather after the 3-day window, no refund will be issued.
○ If we are unable to set up due to weather conditions, we will either reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time or issue a full refund.
○ Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, tornadoes, heavy rain, high winds, or other acts of God that pose a safety risk to our team or the display.
If the ground is too hard to install the display, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
○ Incorrect address provided by the client.
* We highly recommend sending an email that includes a photo of your house or yard to help us determine the best placement for your display.
○ Homeowner or property owner requests removal of the display.
○ Inability to access a gated community.
○ Presence of pets or animals that prevent safe setup.
○ Presence of excessive animal waste in the yard. (Please ensure the lawn is clean prior to setup.)
○ Any other situation beyond our control that prevents us from completing the
setup.
